Individual, Couples & Family Therapist

Being am emotional human does not come with a User Manual. My practice aims to build a relationship in which you can develop the dialogue and skills to live a happier, healthier, and more authentic life. Trust, compassion, and 20 years of experience are the foundations of my practice. All client interactions and data, including the initial outreach, are entirely private and confidential.

I specialize in working with people that are going through a high conflict divorce and child welfare cases. These experiences are often some of the most stressful and financially devastating that an adult has to face. Being able to work with attorneys, the legal system (inculuding DHS), and the ex- helps to decrease costs, increase people’s life satisfaction, and helps to minimize the damage to children.

In addition to providing divorce coaching, I provide direct mental health services as needed (for example, helping a client manage depression, anxiety, and/or emotional lability) and to connect direct with other mental health providers (like a medication prescriber or a reunification counselor.

I received my undergraduate degree from the Honors College at the University of Oregon, a masters degree from the University of Oregon, and a doctoral degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. I have trained as an individual, family, and group therapist. As a licensed psychologist, I have focussed on working with families, couples, gestational carriers (surrogates), and military veterans. I have extensive experience conducting evaluations related to fertility problems, disability, and parenting.

I am a licensed in psychologist in Oregon, Washington, and Colorado, and I can also provide services in California.
